I was planning an evening in the studio, but it hasn’t worked out that way as, having managed to avoid any illness over winter so far, I think my luck has run out and it has finally caught up with me - I took a few photos of some things I&rsqu

What a lift it always is to be sent an image of a painting in situ, no matter how big or small it is - just to know it’s being enjoyed really means a lot. I’m happy to see this painting hanging in such a cosy space 🙏

One of my first finished paintings of 2026, I really love the colours in this piece it’s one of many paintings that was started last year and picked up again recently - it’s so difficult to find any decent light at this time of year, but

I had the pleasure of delivering this painting- sold through Chalk Gallery, Lewes - to its new home today and whilst doing that it was also really great to see my Peony painting from last summer now hanging and looking lovely.
